Today I was in a bit of a rush and didn't have a lot of time to cook and make a meal like butter chicken this week. So i went for something easy and quick to make with the left over sourdough bread which i had.
With this i made a basic garlic bread with the 4 or so slices i had left. With a few ingredients in my fridge and cupboard i made a garlic bread in about 30 minutes. Although it was quick to make it was also very tasty and a good snack before i headed off to work.
